Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your piece travels fully insured, from our workshop to your hands. Delivery within India is included in the price, with no extra charges at your door.

1. When your order ships

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday, with a 2:00 PM IST order cutoff. Orders received after the cutoff begin processing on the next working day.

•     Made-to-order pieces ship in 12–14 working days from the date your advance is received and your design is approved. Ready-stock pieces ship within 3 working days of full payment.

•     We dispatch once your balance is paid. The made-to-order balance is based on the exact net gold weight (gold value, alloying and metal loss and making charge) and the actual diamond carats at the quoted price per carat, all at the rates fixed with your advance. Only the rates are fixed, so the balance can be higher or lower than the estimate. See our Made-to-Order Policy.

2. Delivery within India

•     Shipping is free and fully insured to every serviceable pin code in India.

•     Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.

•     You receive a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.

•     For your security, a signature is required on delivery. The courier may also ask for an OTP or photo ID. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or leave parcels unattended.

3. When your parcel arrives

•     Check that the outer packaging and seal are intact. If the parcel looks tampered with or damaged, refuse it and contact us immediately.

•     Record a continuous video while opening the parcel. We need this video to act quickly on any transit-damage claim.

•     Each parcel contains your piece, its IGI report(s), your invoice and our care kit.

4. Address changes and failed delivery

•     You can change the delivery address only before dispatch. After dispatch, the parcel cannot be redirected, for security reasons.

•     If delivery fails after the courier's attempts, the parcel returns to us safely. We re-deliver once free of charge; further attempts are charged at cost.

5. Orders from outside India

We do not take international orders through the website at present. For a delivery outside India, WhatsApp us for a quotation. Customs duties and import taxes in your country are payable by you.

6. Country of origin

All Siyara jewellery is designed and made in India, in Surat, Gujarat.

7. Seller
