Yes! You can customise your jewellery according to your preferred design, style, size, metal, and requirements.
Yes. You can share a reference image, sketch, or design idea, and we will help create your custom jewellery.
You can choose from the available metal options based on your preference and the jewellery design.
Your quote is itemised: gold rate per gram, approx. gold weight, approx. diamond carats, the diamond rate per carat, and the craftsmanship, finishing and brand service charge. Your 65% advance fixes the gold rate per gram and the diamond rate per carat; only the rates are fixed, not the total. The final balance is calculated on the exact net gold weight of your finished piece (gold value, alloying and metal loss and making charge) and the actual diamond carats at the quoted price per carat, so it can be a little higher or lower than the estimate.
Made-to-order pieces are dispatched 12–14 days after your 65% advance and design approval. Ready-stock pieces ship within 3 days of full payment.
Yes! We can customise ring sizes, chain lengths, bracelet sizes, and other measurements according to your requirements.
You get one free design revision before production starts. After production starts, changes may not be possible or may add cost and time.
You can cancel within 36 hours of paying your advance for a full refund. After that, your advance becomes Siyara credit valid for 12 months.
Custom pieces are not returnable for change of mind, but they are covered by our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback. Defects, transit damage or a wrong item must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
Simply share your design idea and requirements with us, and our team will guide you through the customisation and ordering process.
