Made-to-Order Policy

Every made-to-order Siyara piece is crafted for you in Surat in 14KT or 18KT gold with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds. This policy explains how ordering, pricing, production and after-sales work. Ready-stock pieces are sold at a fixed final price and are not covered by sections 2 to 5.

1. Your quote

  • We share an itemised quote: gold purity and colour, gold rate per gram, estimated gold weight, estimated diamond carats, diamond details, and the craftsmanship, finishing and brand service charge.
  • A quote is valid for 48 hours.

2. Advance and fixed rates

  • Pay a 65% advance to confirm your order.
  • The advance fixes the gold rate per gram and the diamond rate per carat in your quote, so later changes in the gold market do not affect your rates.
  • Only the rates are fixed. The gold weight and the diamond weight are estimates, so your final amount follows the actual weights of your finished piece and can be higher or lower than the quote.
  • We start production only after you approve the exact design in writing or on WhatsApp.

3. Final balance on actual gold and diamond weight

  • The gold weight and the diamond carat weight in your quote are estimates. The exact weights are known only after your piece is fully made.
  • Your final balance is calculated on the exact net gold weight of your finished piece (the gold only, without the diamonds): the gold value, the alloying and metal loss and the making charge are recalculated on that weight at your fixed rates.
  • Your diamonds are charged on their actual total carat weight at the quoted price per carat. For example, 3.60 ct quoted at ₹8,500 per carat is ₹30,600; if your finished piece has 3.70 ct, the diamonds are ₹31,450. Certification and packaging stay as quoted, and 3% GST applies.
  • If you choose bigger diamonds than proposed, we send a new quote with the new carat weight and price per carat, and production starts only after you approve it.
  • More gold or diamond weight than estimated: the difference is added to your balance. Less: it is reduced from your balance.
  • Before you pay the balance, we share the actual gold weight and diamond carats with photos or video.

4. Design revision

  • One free design revision before production starts. Further changes may add cost or time.

5. Production and dispatch

  • Your piece is dispatched 12–14 working days after we receive your advance and your design approval.
  • We dispatch once the balance is paid.

6. Cancellation

  • Within 36 hours of paying your advance: full refund.
  • After 36 hours: your advance becomes Siyara credit, valid for 12 months.
  • Unpaid balance: if the balance is unpaid 15 days after we tell you your piece is ready, the order is treated as cancelled after production.

  • Every piece comes with an IGI Laboratory Grown Diamond Jewellery Report.

  • One free resize within 30 days of delivery, up to one size.

10. Exchange and buyback

  • Made-to-order pieces are not returnable for change of mind.
  • They are covered by our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback: exchange for credit at any time, or sell back from 30 days after delivery. See our Refund Policy.
